Villanova was initially built as apartments in December 2001. In 2005, Villanova was converted to a condominium community. Villanova is made up of 312 units with 14 different floor plans. Each unit is individually owned and the owners are members of the condominium association which is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Unit owners are also members of the HCCA.
